§ He / She has in charge the sizing and /or the optimizing of water or wastewater plant i.e. process sizing, equipment sizing, chemical and power consumption etc…according to contract specification requirement.
§ He / She has in charge the general plant hydraulic calculation i.e. hydraulic plant profile.
§ He / She validate internal or external request which can have a direct impact on the process or the general plant hydraulic.
§ He / She validate the commissioning & operation manual.
§ He / She Respect engineering planning and deadline.
>DESIRED CONDIDATE PROFILE:-
§ The entire basic engineering package production during contract execution i.e. PFD, P&ID, Design report, general layout, Hydraulic profile, Functional design specification.
§ The appropriateness and coherency of the entire design production in respect of process requirement.
§ The proper filling of the documentation related to process
§ Following all applicable engineering procedures (i.e. OmegaDB, Best Work Practices…)
§ Providing technical support to the project team i.e. (client comment resolution, Site support, etc…)
§ Process Flow Diagram,
§ Calculation notes justifying Process Guarantees,
§ Mass Balance Sheet for Water, Sludge, Chemical and Gas production etc.,
§ Plant Hydraulic Calculation note,
§ Design Report
§ Equipment specification for critical item or package (if required)
§ FDS (Functional Design Specifications)
§ Any document as per Omega “ Best work Practices”
