Role & Responsibilities:
- Research, analyze, and evaluate the company's operations and spectrum of businesses.
- Conduct the research using primary and secondary sources.
- Use existing business models as a base to evaluate and analyze the system and provide recommendations to modify the existing system that drives improved business outcomes.
- Research and analyze new business projects using cost and benefits analysis.
- Create and provide financial projection formulas and financial analysis for the implementation of new or adjusted business plans.
- Documents and analyzes business processes using value added/non-value added, process modeling tools, cost time charts, and root cause analysis or other tools as appropriate.
- Monitor the outcomes on a monthly basis and provide report to the management team.
- Analysis of internal and external economic situations, budgets, statements of Debtors, quality of payments etc.
Knowledge:
- Computers Working Knowledge of MS-Office , VBA, ERP
Skills:
- A well organized, able to manage multiple deadlines and confident with daily decision making.
- Conducts effective progress evaluations in a timely manner
- A well-developed sense of judgment and an ability to work well with others under time-sensitive conditions where innovative and imaginative planning/problem solving skills are necessary
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
