1.Require:AGM/DGM Business Development (Thermal Power)

We are looking for following personnel for our MNC client.

Location: Head Office, New Delhi.

Report: Head – BD.

DEPARTMENT:Business Development

OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:

The position will be responsible for development of thermal power business with an aim to get consultancy services assignment (including Owner's Engineer, EPMC etc.). He/ She will also be responsible for MIS, business analysis and other reporting.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:
1 BD activities in Indian Thermal Power Sector.
2 Preparation of Proposals including costing and pricing.
3 Preparation of EOIs and pre-qualification documents.
4 Presentation to clients and attending pre-bid conference.
5 Key Customer Development
6 Competition mapping.
7 Monitor contacts with Genco/ IPPs/ SEBs/ SPVs etc.
8 Team building & motivation.
9 Improving Bus. Dev. Information system, competitor database & TE reporting system.

SPECIFICITIES:
This position requires a high degree of autonomy and permanent communication with
internal and external clients.
Familiarity with CEA guidelines and well-versed with Thermal Power Sector in India.
Good Communication and interpersonal skills.
He/She will be in frequent contact with the client concerning technical matters and
for giving advice or conducting nogotiations.This may entail frequent medium-term travel.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION LEVEL:

Graduate Engineer
Post Graduate
Total Experience of more than 15 years
