Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A. Business Development:

Devise project based strategies to acquire new business in the field of Transportation Infrastructure by way of bidding as well as networking at the appropriate levels.

Preparation of the Bid as per Client’s requirement and within the schedule with inputs from technical team.
Partner search and tie-ups

Prepare presentable documentation and conversion of ‘Tender to an Order’.

B. RFP/Contract Scrutiny:

Review of the RFP/Contracts to safeguard interest of the organization

C. Business Intelligence:

Track market, competitor information in the following domains:
• Engineering consultancy
• Transport planning
• Transaction advisory


- Degree in an Engineering discipline from a reputed Institution. Post Graduation in Business management will be preferred.
- Hands on experience of minimum 18 years
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills
- Leadership skills to manage the team
- Strong relationships in corporate, government and multi-lateral funding organizations
- Track record in successful conversion of leads to deals
- Past experience in line function (project execution)
